I am an existential and mindfulness-based psychotherapist (AMFT) with over 12 years of experience supporting adults, teens, couples, and families. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and feeling stuck by integrating mindfulness and person-centered therapy.

My mindfulness practice began in 1999 studying MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn and continues to guide my work, helping clients build awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. I’ve worked in inpatient and outpatient addiction programs, residential treatment centers for at-risk teens, and founded Wake Up Mindfulness Studio, where I taught MBSR classes, workshops, and certification programs.

I am also an artist and writer, exploring the intersection of creativity and mindfulness. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can heal, grow, and reconnect with their strength and clarity.
